Here's your Fight Size wrestling Update for the morning of July 23rd, 2018.

- The advocate for the current WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, Paul Heyman will be present in Cincinnati for tonight's RAW according to PWInsider. There is a #1 contenders match scheduled for tonight's show between Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns and the winner of that match will go on to challenge Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam.

- There were a number of unique cosplay costumes at the San Diego Comic Con and to take a look at one of those costumes head over to WWE's YouTube channel.


- WWE uploaded a video onto their YouTube channel of five main roster stars who fans may not have knew competed in NXT.


- One-third of the current ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions Cody hyped up the return of his character to the TV show 'Arrow' which stars his good friend Stephen Amell.


- "The 23-year Old Piece Of Gold" Lio Rush shared a promo to his Instagram page which featured a young kid trying to get Rush's attention while he was on the phone.

- Former MLW World Heavyweight Champion Shane Strickland was involved in a Ladder match with AR Fox and during the match he hit a "Swerve Stomp" onto Fox from off the ladder.


- The current RAW Tag Team Champions the B-Team were coming off a victory at a live event and decided that they were going to go party with Roman Reigns since they were not able to do so at 'Extreme Rules'. Reigns then took to Twitter to tell the B-Team to stop telling people that they partied with "The Big Dog".


- The latest guest on Sheamus' 'Celtic Warrior Workouts' was his father Martin.
