Fight Size Update: Rumor Killer On The Incident Between Carmella And Big Cass, AJ Styles Not Advertised For SmackDown Live, SAnitY, More

Here's your Fight Size wrestling Update for the evening of June 24th, 2018.

- Following Big Cass' release from WWE a report surfaced which noted that one of the incidents that led to Cass being let go from the company was a backstage incident that entailed that he approached his former girlfriend and current SmackDown Live Women's Champion Carmella in what was noted as an attempt to get her to forgive him. The Usos and Erick Rowan were listed as the individuals who broke up the alleged incident. Robbie Fox of Barstool Sports noted on Twitter that he is good friends with Cass and that the story concerning the backstage incident with Carmella is completely false.

- Speaking of Carmella and AJ Styles, the two SmackDown Champions are currently in Australia promoting the WWE 'Super Show-Down' event which will be held at the 'Melbourne Cricket Ground' stadium this fall. Carmella is currently advertised for this Tuesday's SmackDown Live but AJ Styles is not.


- June 22nd was the 20-year anniversary of former 11-time WWE World Champion Edge's debut on WWE TV.


- June 22nd is a historic day as it is also the 22-year anniversary of the classic Stone Cold Steve Austin promo at the 1996 King Of The Ring PPV.


- In honor of the life of former 3-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion Big Van Vader, WWE will be uploading a collection of Vader's matches to their streaming service and those matches are exclusively listed on the WWE Network News Website.


- SAnitY continued to bring the chaos to the main roster as the former NXT Tag Team Champions invaded a WWE live event this weekend.


- WWE uploaded a video onto their YouTube channel about the period of time when WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon gave away one million dollars each week on RAW in June of 2008.
