After a yearly-low viewership number on December 23, Raw closes 2019 with a big jump in viewership.
According to Showbuzz Daily, the December 30 episode of Raw averaged 2.439 million viewers, making it the highest-watched episode of Raw since the September 30 episode, dubbed the "Raw Season Premiere." This number is also much higher than the 1.835 million viewers the December 23 episode averaged, which was the lowest the show drew all year long.
In the 18-49 demographic, this week's episode drew a 0.76 rating, significantly higher than the 0.52 rating last week's show drew. Although there was no competition from the NFL, Raw had to compete with college football's Orange Bowl game between Florida and Virginia and that game averaged 6.067 million viewers and drew a 1.50 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
