Finals Set In NJPW World Tag League 2020 And Best Of Super Juniors 27

The finals are set for NJPW World Tag League and Best of Super Juniors.

The Best of Super Juniors 27 final will see Hiromu Takahashi take on El Desperado. Takahashi defeated Master Wato on the final night of tournament action while Desperado tapped out BUSHI. Both men finished with a record of 7-2 in the tournament.

Reigning IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Taiji Ishimori also had a 7-2 record after defeating SHO on the final night of tournament competition, but his two losses came to Takahashi and Desperado.

Over in the World Tag League, David Finlay & Juice Robinson will meet the Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) in the finals. Both teams finished with a record of 6-3 after the final night of tournament action. FinJuice defeated Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI in the main event of the night while GOD bested Hiroshi Tanahashi & Toa Henare.

Reigning IWGP Tag Team Champions Dangerous Tekkers (Zack Sabre Jr & Taichi) also finished with a 6-3 record, but lost to FinJuice and GOD during the tournament round.

The finals of World Tag League and Best of Super Juniors will take place on Friday, December 11 from Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, Japan. The full card will be announced later in the week.
