The 2019 Royal Rumble fills up just a little bit more.
Former WWE Universal Champion Finn Balor has declared for the Royal Rumble, three weeks out for the event. Balor becomes the first former world champion to announce his entry into the men's Royal Rumble.

Also added to the show is a WWE Cruiserweight Championship match, a WWE Universal Title match, a WWE Championship match and a Women's Royal Rumble.
