If anybody wonders where Finn Balor gets his toughness from, look no further than his own father.
Balor recently posted on Instagram a video of his dad, who recently recovered from COVID-19 as well as having his hip replaced. Yet, that won't stop Balor's dad from making a very bold challenge to former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar, saying he wants to fight The Beast.
There is some history between Lesnar and Balor. The two of them did face off for the Universal Championship at the 2019 edition of the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, which Lesnar won. Since then, Balor moved to the NXT brand and is now in a four-man feud involving Keith Lee, Adam Cole and Johnny Gargano for both the NXT and North American Championship.
Balor will get a chance to become a champion once again when he faces off against Lee and Gargano in a triple threat match on the June 24 episode of NXT for the North American Championship. The winner of that match faces Cole in a Champion vs. Champion Winner Take All match for both titles in early July.
