Finn Balor Seemingly Rules Out Demon Appearance At WWE Elimination Chamber, ‘This Is Something Finn Has To Do’

Finn Balor doesn’t plan on bringing back The Demon for WWE Elimination Chamber.
The event will feature a match where Balor will challenge CM Punk for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. This will be Balor’s first singles match on a premium live event since October 2024, when he faced Damian Priest in a singles action.
Speaking with Radio Times for a new interview, Balor talked about his Demon alter ego and stated that his match against Punk feels like something that he has to do on his own.
“I think it can be used effectively, but only occasionally, and it’s something that requires a lot more from me than just showing up for a match, being prepared. It’s really more than just paint, it’s a mental state. It really is an alter ego for me, and it’s something that I need to tap into. It’s something that I like to do, something that I certainly want to do again. But like with the music, timing is everything, and the timing has to be right. I’m sure we’ll get there in the future, but right now, my focus is on the World Heavyweight Championship and CM Punk, and that feels like this is something Finn has to do.”
