First Ever Women's Elimination Chamber Match To Take Place Next Month

Another first for the women will be taking place next month, this time inside the Elimination Chamber.

Stephanie McMahon opened Raw tonight with the announcement. She brought out Asuka. She was going to ask her who she would choose to face at WrestleMania -- Charlotte or Alexa Bliss. But instead, she noted that Bliss may not even be champion at WrestleMania, as she will take part in the first ever women's Elimination Chamber match.

This would be another first for the women, as it was just yesterday that the first women's Royal Rumble match was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Asuka won the Royal Rumble, and is set to challenge either Alexa Bliss or Charlotte for a championship match at WrestleMania.

The Elimination Chamber PPV, a Raw only event, will take place on February 25 at the T-Mobile arena in Paradise, Nevada. Stick to Fightful for coverage of the show as well as our post show podcast following the conclusion of the show.
