He defeated Austin Aries with a flash roll-up off a distraction from Neville, and after the match attacked the current #1 Contender from behind.
Earlier in the night, he was coaxed to the dark side in a backstage segment with Neville, who told him that everyone viewed him as a joke, except for Neville. Neville convinced TJP that opportunities that were owed to him were given to Austin Aries instead.
TJP won the Cruiserweight Classic last summer to become the first Cruiserweight Champion, then launched into a feud with Brian Kendrick, who defeated him at Hell in a Cell in October.
