Former WWE Tag Team Champions The Headbangers will be making their WWE return next week, as they'll appear on Smackdown live.
The duo took to Twitter Thursday afternoon to announce that they'd be participating in qualifying matches for the Smackdown vs. Raw tag team Survivor Series match. The two also appeared on the August 30 edition of Smackdown in a losing effort to Heath Slater and Rhyno in the Smackdown tag team tourney.
Prior to their August return, the Headbangers weren't on WWE TV since 2000. The brand has witnessed several familiar names make their way back, including Rhyno, Curt Hawkins, The Spirit Squad, and Shelton Benjamin, before an injury sidelined him.
