MVP MMA 1 aired on Netflix and was headlined by Gina Carano vs. former WWE superstar Ronda Rousey.
CM Punk fought twice in the UFC, losing both times. He first fought in September 2016 and returned in June 2018. His second loss was overturned to a no contest after his opponent failed a drug test for marijuana.
Punk is currently signed to WWE, where Netflix is the home of WWE Raw, the brand Punk competes on. He hasn’t been on television since the Raw after WrestleMania. He lost the World Heavyweight Title to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 42.
