Former WWE Tag Team Champions Return On Smackdown Live, Match Set For Money In The Bank

Smackdown Live got a big shot in the arm on Tuesday night.

The brand saw the return of three big superstars in Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Big E. The former WWE Tag Team Champions, The New Day, were brought to Smackdown Live as a part of the Superstar Shakeup, but had been out of action as Kofi Kingston was sidelined with an ankle injury.

The trio interrupted WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos, where the two teams debated skipping methods. New Day actually appeared on last week's episode of Talking Smack, but not the Smackdown broadcast itself.

New Day also announced that Shane McMahon had granted the team a title match against the Usos at the June 18 Money in the Bank PPV.

This will serve as New Day's first wrestling feud in months, as they served as hosts of WrestleMania as opposed to competing.
