Former WWE Wrestler Set For Impact Tomorrow

A former WWE Intercontinental champion will appear on TNA Impact this week.

Cody Rhodes is set to appear on the show after TNA posted a teaser video Wednesday afternoon hyping that "his past is behind, his future is now. All roads lead to tomorrow night." Rhodes wasn't identified in the video, but his finger tattoo was visible in the clip, and we were able to verify the appearance.

Rhodes will likely appear in a backstage segment or a video of some sort, as TNA's television shows have been taped until Bound For Glory.

Rhodes announced his intent to wrestle for TNA last month, but specified that he wasn't signing a contract with the company, because he wanted to work for Ring of Honor and in Japan. Yesterday, TNA announced that they'd signed Rhodes' wife Brandi to a Knockouts contract.

As of now, Rhodes isn't able to use the Rhodes name. On a recent Sam Roberts Podcast, Rhodes speculated that he may just go by 'Cody' moving forward, unless the situation gets resolved.
