The next court hearing for both men was set for February 19.  Attorney Robbert Jarvis has since called out the police report for allegedly citing incorrect allegations and incorrect statements.

"The police report contains alleged facts that have been grossly misconstrued and are incorrect. This includes incorrect allegations relating to medication and its use," Jarvis told the Arizona Republic.

Clark has wrestled for roughly two decades competing in a number of promotions including the AWA, WCW, WWF and Smoky Mountain Wrestling. Teaming with Brian Adams, Clark went on to win the WCW World Tag Team Championship and All Japan Pro Wrestling's World Tag Team Championship. Clark and Adams teamed up as KroniK for both WCW and WWF.
