Frankie Kazarian Reflects On Surprising Traci Brooks With TNA Hall Of Fame Nod, ‘It Meant The World To Me’

Frankie Kazarian reflects on IMPACT 1000.

In September 2023, Kazarian was able to surprise his wife, Traci Brooks, with a TNA Hall Of Fame induction announcement. The moment went down on the 1000th episode of TNA iMPACT.

Just a month later, Brooks was successfully inducted into the TNA Hall Of Fame by Gail Kim. Speaking with Fightful for a new interview, Frankie Kazarian reflected on the special moment that he shared with his wife.

“It meant the world to me, man. I’ve always said regardless of what happens in pro wrestling, I’ll always be grateful to the pro wrestling business because it brought her and I together. We now have a wonderful son, 12 year old son. So it means the world to me. That moment was very cool. Tracy was very content riding off into the sunset and becoming a mom and she’s the best mom in the world. With circumstances, they were what they were. There was a storyline in place that brought her back.”

Kazarian also took a moment to reflect on his tag team match with Brooks, saying that it meant everything to him.

“She got to have one final match with me and we got to announce her as the next Hall of Fame recipient with my son standing in the ring. Very emotional night, very special night. Her and my son are everything to me. So to have that and to share that with my family and to share my family with the world meant everything. I know it meant the world to Tracy. She, from a small farm town in Canada, never thought in a million years she’d be in a wrestling Hall of Fame. So ah this is just one of those [things where you] have your really bad nights in this business and your really good nights. That was one of the really good nights.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Kazarian discussed the WWE-TNA partnership and said that the company rolled out the red carpet for him. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
