– Roderick Strong defeated Lio Rush and wound up lobbying for an AEW World Title opportunity which he will receive on June 5 when he faces Swerve Strickland. Roddy would later say that he doesn’t care if Strickland swerves when he drives, he cares about what he can do between the ropes.

– Will Ospreay Plans On Being ‘Two-Belts Billy’ After AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024
– Daniel Garcia, back to wearing plain black trunks, teamed with Katsuyori Shibata to pick up a victory over JD Drake and Anthony Henry, The WorkHorsemen.
– Claudio Castagnoli defeated Johnny TV in singles action. After the match, he spoke about wanting to test himself against the likes of Katsuyori Shibata and Kyle O’Reilly. Check out his comments here.
– Cage of Agony picked up another squash win in Trios action.
– The Iron Savages and Jacked Jameson also tried to stay their intent for more opportunities in the Trios scene. However, just as they finished welcoming everybody to “Titty City,” Killswitch attacked them and laid them out backstage.

– The heavy Ring of Honor representation continued on this show as Shane Taylor Promotions’ Lee Moriarty & Shane Taylor defeated The West Coast Wrecking Crew (Jorel Nelson & Royce Isaacs). Even Anthony Ogogo was able to get a knockout shot in on Royce Issacs after the match.
– The ROH representation did not end there as there was a video package for The Premier Athletes, Josh Woods, Tony Nese, and Ari Daivari.

– ICYMI: Jack Perry Vows To Continue Shaping The Future Of AEW Through ‘Blood, Sweat, And Fire’
– Thunder Rosa continued to build momentum as she defeated Reina Dorada on the show. After the match, she once again directed her anger toward Deonna Purrazo, so it appears their issues are not settled yet.
– In the main event, Will Ospreay defeated Kyle O’Reilly to retain his AEW International Championship. After the match, Kyle would say that Ospreay is so good in the ring, that he began to question the fabric of reality.
