Austin & Colten Gunn defeated Orange Cassidy & Danhausen, Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal, and The Acclaimed's Max Caster & Anthony Bowens. The Gunns picked up the win by hitting Danhausen with a variation of FTR's Shatter Machine, substituting the Codebreaker for a Flatliner.

After the match, they were briefly interviewed by Renee Paquette and said they demanded respect for everything they had accomplished. Just then, FTR came out and hit the ring, brawling with Austin & Colten long enough for Dax hardwood to get busted open before clearing the Ring of the champions and briefly holding the AEW Tag Team Title belts before throwing them back down to the champions.

Prior to this, FTR was on hiatus, having said that Tony Khan gave them time off to heal after a chaotic 2022 schedule. Learn more about that here.

Recently, The Gunns stated that they have real-life heat with FTR. Learn more here.
