Tournament Announced For Tag Team Title Match At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, FTR Advances

FTR is looking for a big match at Forbidden Door.
On Wednesday’s edition of AEW Dynamite, a big tournament was announced, with the winning team receiving a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championships at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
The FTR duo of Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler were able to defeat JetSpeed (Kevin Knight & Mike Bailey) in one of the tournament’s first round matchups. After the match, Cope came to the ramp and exchanged words with Harwood, Wheeler, and Stokely Hathaway. Then, the ‘Rated-R Superstar’ sent the Hurt Syndicate’s Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin to the ring to brawl with FTR.
WHAT?! @RatedRCope made a deal with AEW World Tag Team Champions The Hurt Syndicate to do what they to best to FTR!
