Gabe Kidd has been open and honest regarding his mental health struggles over the years and checking himself into a psychiatric hospital.
What did he learn from his stay?
"I'll say this. Being in a psychiatric hospital, you learn a lot of lessons about life. You know the biggest one? Don't drink your own piss, it'll drive you crazy. I seen that . That shit was fucking wild. I seen a man drinking his own piss. I seen some crazy Jamaican geezer fighting the whole staff team. Then I was just... I was putting people in wrist locks, honestly. It was a nice little vacation, honestly. It was a very nice little vacation. Just go in there, have a few fights, have a few arguments. They weren't with my mum, that was nice. You don't want to argue with your mum. Shout out to all the mums out there," Kidd said while speaking to RJ City on Hey EW!.
