Gabe Kidd: If The Rock Wants To Come To NJPW, I'll Slap Him Up, No Problem

Gabe Kidd couldn't care less to stop and smell what The Rock is cooking.

The Rock recently posted a viral photo wearing a New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) shirt while solving a Rubik's Cube on social media. Now, one of the top stars in present-day NJPW, Gabe Kidd, has commented on the photo and made it very clear he doesn't care about Dwayne Johnson or the movies he's been in.

MuscleManMalcolm recently interviewed Gabe Kidd and asked him about the photo. Kidd, in his signature no-nonsense style, said he couldn't care less about what The Rock does and noted that if Rock wanted to come to New Japan, he'd have no problem slapping him around.

In Gabe's opinion, Rock is just trying to feed off the buzz that NJPW creates in the wrestling community.

"He's trying to catch a buzz off of what's hot. Listen, I couldn't care less about Dwayne. I don't care. If he wants to come to New Japan. I'll slap him up, no problem. It's Dwayne Johnson, bro. He was in Jumanji 2."

Gabe will next be in action at NJPW Resurgence on May 9. The Good Brothers, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, are headed to NJPW to team up with the Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson) to take on the War Dogs (Gabe Kidd, David Finlay, Clark Connors, and Gedo). We will have full coverage of the event.
