Gable Steveson comes to NXT.
The Underground returned on the July 4 eisode of NXT with Raw Underground becoming NXT Underground. In the underground fight, Eddy Thorpe defeated Damon Kemp with a triangle choke. Eddy added damage by utilizing elbows while Kemp was captured in the choke.
Thorpe was coached by Gable Steveson, who is the brother of Kemp.
After the fight, Steveson tossed around a host of NXT trainees with a series of suplexes.

It is unknown when Steveson will officially make his in-ring WWE debut. He was drafted to WWE Raw in the 2021 WWE Draft after being signed in September 2021. In October 2022, Steveson said he was training at the WWE Performance Center after stepping away to undergo an ablation to treat Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome.
