GCW And Kevin Gill Reach Legal Settlement

Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) and Kevin Gill have reached a legal settlement.

The following status report (via PWInsider) was filed by Gill’s team:

Dear Judge Donio,

Counsel for both parties are pleased to inform the Court that the parties have a executed a final, binding settlement agreement, resolving all claims in this matter. The parties respectfully request that if no further letter or request is filed on or before July 13, 2026, this matter be dismissed with prejudice.

Thank you for your time on this matter.

In November 2024, announcer Kevin Gill filed a lawsuit against Game Changer Wrestler, alleging that he is owed money in relation to the GCW Patreon.

According to the lawsuit, Gill and Brett Lauderdale, on behalf of GCW, agreed to launch a Patreon during the pandemic where Gill would receive 20% of the revenue. Gill claims that he was underpaid in the early months of the Patreon, which launched in May 2020, and that he stopped receiving payments in September 2020.

As of now, the case is still technically open.
