Barrios and Wilson were fired by WWE on Jan. 30 as part of a management shake-up after 10+ years of service. Vince McMahon said at the time, "I am grateful for all that was accomplished during their tenure, but the Board and I decided a change was necessary as we have different views on how best to achieve our strategic priorities moving forward."

WWE has yet to hire a new President since letting go Barrios and Wilson. Frank A. Riddick III is currently serving as interim Chief Financial Officer.

The document also notes that Triple H made $2.01 million in compensation relating to performance in 2019. His executive salary is listed at $706,019. The document also lists Triple H as Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy and Development. His previous title was Executive Vice President, Talent, Live Events & Creative.
