Giulia Defeats Chelsea Green For WWE Women’s United States Title On SmackDown

Giulia is the new WWE Women’s United States Champion.

On the 1/2 SmackDown, Chelsea Green defended her Women’s US Title against Giulia despite feeling too cold and emotionally unwell due to Stranger Things’ ending. Nick Aldis had warned her that she’d be stripped of the title if she didn’t defend it.

During the bout, Chelsea almost won the match after a Rough Rider, but Kiana James distracted the referee.

The match ended shortly after when Chelsea went to the top rope, but the Japanese star managed to hit a double underhook suplex, followed by a northern lights bomb. Giulia ended Chelsea Green’s 57-day-long title reign.
