United Empire is targeting the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship.
At the NJPW World Tag League event on December 3, United Empire beat Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona). After the bout, HENARE and Great-O-Khan stole the duo's ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship.
In their post-match comments, Great-O-Khan teased challenging for the titles as he noted that Jeff Cobb, TJP, Callum Newman, Francesco Akira, Kyle Fletcher, or even Will Ospreay could be the third member of their team for the potential match.
HENARE grabbed the title after Great-O-Khan put it down and stepped over it. He then expressed his interest in potentially challenging for the gold.
“What is this? ROH Six-Man World Tag Team Championship? ROH, AEW, you stole something that I wanted, and now you’re turning it into a Triple Crown defended by guys that haven’t wrestled outside America, but they have the guts to call themselves world champions? I know all you Americans, you think your country is the center of the world, all your Hollywood movies, the global community when it’s just America, Canada, England. No, this is the world. I’m Mongolian. A Hawaiian, an Italian, a Filipino, some Aussies, a British. Could be anybody we choose. Anybody we choose. Anybody that wants it. I was looking forward to you this entire tour, and we conquered you. We are the kings, and we are the warriors. So whenever you like it, let’s bang again," HENARE said.
In the same video, Gates of Agony sent a message to their new rivals. Kaun vowed to persevere, as he refused to fall at the hands of United Empire. He made it clear that they wanted to beat United Empire and separate them. Kaun also noted that they had the odds stacked against them, as they kept facing factions.
“At this point in the war, and the battle, we will not fall. At this point, we fighting like our lives depend on it. We fighting for pride at this point, and we’re gonna make sure that the United Empire and whoever’s next is gonna have to give everything that they have in their bodies, everything that they have in their souls, they’re going to leave depleted if they want to defeat us. I said we defeat the United Empire, we will separate them, we will take on the journeymen. Again, we are a victim of circumstance. We are facing faction after faction, and still we stand up on our two feet. If you did not just saw what we did, if you did not just see what they had to give, you have no idea what’s in store," Kaun said.
Toa Liona then grabbed his title and said “You want, come take." He then sent another message to Great-O-Khan in a post on social media.

AEW/ROH star Kyle Fletcher, one of Great-O-Khan's stablemates, responded to a post about his promo and asked if he needed a hand.
Kaun and Liona hold the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship with Brian Cage.
