Great-O-Khan addresses Will Ospreay's status in United Empire.
United Empire has been a successful stable in NJPW and other promotions in recent years. Ospreay has been at the center of its prominence, as he has been one of NJPW's top stars. At AEW Full Gear, Ospreay signed with AEW and announced that he would be finishing up with NJPW.
Speaking with Tokyo Sports (translation via DeepL), Great-O-Khan was asked whether Ospreay signing with AEW would have a negative impact on United Empire.
"Yo, that's a level of gibberish that would make Prince Shotoku ask twice. How many years have you been a professional wrestling reporter? Cut off your stomach, or lose a finger. Where is the danger? Where is the danger? Ospreay will continue to be in New Japan, not leave the United Empire. All you have to do is to increase the membership of the United Empire and show your authority over there. The people of the Empire need not worry at all," Great-O-Khan said.
