Guinness World Records Acknowledges John Cena's Record-Breaking Work With Make-A-Wish

Nobody has granted more wishes than John Cena.

John Cena lives by the code of "Never Give Up" and that is a mentality he aspires to pass on to others and one that shines through in his work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

WWE has always shined a spotlight on John Cena's work with Make-A-Wish and now, Guinness World Records has credited John Cena as the Make-A-Wish record breaker. John Cena granted his first wish in 2002 and over the years, he has become the most requested celebrity wish-granter. According to Guinness, no celebrity has ever granted more than 200 wishes. John Cena triples this number with 650.

When John Cena granted his 500th wish, he was quoted as saying, "I just drop everything. If I can offer a fantastic experience, I’ll be first in line to do my part."

Currently, John Cena is focused on his work in Hollywood. He recently celebrated 20 years as a WWE Superstar and has promised that he will be back in the ring again one day. Learn more here.
