Gunther comments on WWE SummerSlam.
Gunther has ascended to the top in recent months. After his record-breaking reign as WWE Intercontinental Champion, he beat Randy Orton at WWE King and Queen of the Ring to win the King of the Ring tournament. Gunther then defeated Damian Priest to win the World Heavyweight Championship, his first world title on the main roster, at WWE SummerSlam.
On August 5th, Gunther took to Twitter/X and shared pictures of his triumph at WWE SummerSlam. He briefly commented on the outcome by saying that it was the day that he saved this great sport.
