Heath Signs With IMPACT Wrestling; Strikes Deal To Team With Rhino At Bound For Glory 2021

Heath is headed to Bound For Glory.

After being released by WWE last year, Heath joined IMPACT at Slammiversary and began lobbying for a contract. He would continue appearing on the show, teaming with his old partner, Rhino. Unfortunately, at Bound For Glory 2020, Heath was injured and has been out ever since.

Heath returned to IMPACT last week and immediately reached out to Rhino, trying to save him from the clutches of Eric Young and Violent By Design. The villainous faction confronted Heath and informed him that they are still working with Rhino and that their attack on him was purely a method of "curing him."

On the October 14 episode of IMPACT, Heath sat down with Scott D'Amore and finally signed the IMPACT contract he so desperately sought. Before putting pen to paper, however, he asked to team with Rhino at Bound For Glory versus VBD. D'Amore made it official but informed Heath that he isn't sure Rhino would want to be his partner. Heath said he would fight regardless of if Rhino is in his corner.
