A Heritage Cup number one contender match is set for next week.
During the 12/9 broadcast of NXT UK, it was announced that on next week's 12/16 edition of the show, Nathan Frazier will battle the inaugural winner of the Heritage Cup, A-Kid in a number one contender's match to challenge current cup holder Noam Dar.

A-Kid became the first-holder of the NXT UK Heritage Cup when he defeated Trent Seven in the finals in November 2020 and was also the longest holder of the cup, holding the trophy for 174-days and is also the youngest winner of the tournament at just 23-years old.
Meanwhile, this will be Frazier's first attempt to become a finalist for the cup after signing with the company in January 2021.
