On Thursday, WWE hosted a conference call webcast regarding the Q2 earnings for 2018. There was a press release on Thursday morning but the call was a chance for further questions.
Chairman Vince McMahon introduced the call.
Executives George Barrios and Michelle Wilson reviewed the numbers available in the press release along with the slides which are available in the tweet below by Chris Harrington.
The digitization of data and content was once again a theme of the conference call.
One down area of revenue and income was the live events of WWE.
The big topic of the call was the money associated with the Greatest Royal Rumble because it's a ten year deal and the information was not available in Q1. The specific details were not addressed in the call.
Chris Harrington pointed out a probably figure for the Greatest Royal Rumble and suggested the numbers would not be nearly as good without the event.
