Hiromu Takahashi Wins IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title At NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17

Hiromu Takahashi is once again the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, winning the belt in a four-way match against Taiji Ishimori, Master Wato, and El Desperado at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17.

Ishimori entered the match as the champion and wasn't involved in the finish as Takahashi hit the time bomb on Wato to secure the belt.

This marks the fifth time Hiromu has won the IWG Junior Heavyweight Title and the first time since he lost the belt in February 2021. Ishimori won the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title at NJPW Wrestling Dontaku 2022 by defeating El Desperado. He made one successful defense of the title.
