Hit Row formed just five months ago and has been a breakout act on NXT. Scott currently holds the NXT North American Championship, having won the belt from Bronson Reed on June 29.

In the fourth and final round of night one of the draft, Monday Night Raw selected Austin Theory.

Theory was signed by WWE in August 2019 and had a brief stint on Raw during the spring of 2020, but returned to NXT soon after. Over the past year he has been a member of The Way alongside Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, and Indi Hartwell.

Other picks in round 4 include Naomi and Jeff Hardy to SmackDown with Rey and Dominik Mysterio going to Raw.
