Hulk Hogan Reacts To Velveteen Dream's NXT TakeOver: War Games II Attire

Dream has grabbed Hulk's attention once again.

"The Vainglorious One" Velveteen Dream is one that always shines when the spotlight is on him. Dream has also made that a part of why he feuds with certain people in NXT because he feels that he should be the only one in NXT to have that primetime spotlight. When those lights are the brightest are at NXT's TakeOver shows and whenever Dream makes his entrance at TakeOver, he sports new attire that is either paying homage to a former wrestler, making a statement to the public or wearing gear that is mocking his opponent for the night.

At TakeOver: Chicago II, Dream wore tights that were similar to the tights that Ricochet wore when he wrestled in Lucha Underground as "Prince Puma". At TakeOver: Brooklyn IV when Dream went one-on-one with EC3, the back of his tights sent a message to WWE Chairman Vince McMahon to call Dream up to the main roster. At NXT TakeOver: War Games II it was no different in terms of flare for Velveteen Dream as he came out in front the rabid wrestling fans inside of the Staples Center with gear that matched Hulk Hogan's "Hollywood Hogan" character. This is not the first time that Dream has brought out Hulk Hogan attire as it was on the same TakeOver that he mocked Ricochet, Dream wore the signature red and yellow Hulk Hogan head wrap, shirt and accessories.

Velveteen Dream's TakeOver: War Games II entrance gained the attention and approval of "The Hulkster" himself and Hogan told Dream "thank you" for keeping the dream alive.

On top of Velveteen Dream's attention grabbing entrance, he took the NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa to his limit and to hear some thoughts and opinions on the bout between Ciampa and Dream, check out Fightful's post-War Games II podcast.
