Hulk Hogan is set to undergo back surgery once again.
The WWE Hall of Famer told Sports Illustrated that he will have to have surgery once again, ending any talks of him teasing one final match in WWE for the moment. Hogan didn't say what the timetable is for his recovery or what the future holds for him in regards to being on WWE television.
“I’m going in for another back surgery next Tuesday. They’re going to fuse six levels together, so we’ll see how I feel after that,” Hogan said.
A few weeks back, Hogan said in an interview that he's not sure whether or not he can live with himself knowing that his last match was in TNA/Impact Wrestling and said he would try to get in the best shape of his life to have another WWE match. Hogan was recently featured on WWE programming in recent weeks in a feud with Ric Flair that resulted in the two of them creating five-man teams to go up against one another at WWE Crown Jewel. Hogan's team won the match.
In other Hogan news, he is set to appear in an episode of "The Goldbergs" on ABC later tonight on November 6. The show's creator spoke to WWE about pitching the idea to have Hogan on the show and can be read at this link.
