Ring of Honor first partnered with Sinclair broadcasting back in 2011 but began airing on television weekly in 2009 on HDNet which is now AXS TV. Ring of Honor is now in a new era, under the management of Tony Khan end this weekend saw the final episode of Ring of Honor programming on Sinclair stations according to a report by Mike Jonson of PWInsider.

Reacting to this news on Twitter, Ring of Honor play-by-play announcer, Ian Riccaboni reflected thanked Delirious, who was executive producer of the TV programs and an integral part of Ring of Honor for many years behind the scenes, for giving him his start with the company and for all of his hard work as an executive producer on Ring of Honor television, comparing his body of work to that of Vince McMahon’s or Verne Gagne’s.

There were a lot of folks that helped this wild ride over the last 10+ years beyond the wrestlers.

Delirious was the Executive Producer for every episode. An exciting but thankless job that I don't think many people truly understand the associated demands.

I want to give Delirious a well-deserved congratulations. I think only Vince McMahon to this point, and maybe Verne Gagne depending on when you start, have done what he was asked to do but I don't think anyone faced the headwinds, obstacles, and more.

Those are not stories.

Maybe one day he'll tell them. Knowing him, it's likely he won't. But I just want to give my friend and the guy that gave me my start a well-deserved congratulations on one hell of a run.

Moving forward, Tony Khan will be the booker of Ring of Honor even though the company has yet to announce any plans for broadcasting programming.

The Ring of Honor World Championship was just defended at AEW Battle of the Belts II on Saturday, April 16 on TNT. You can see the full results here.
