IMPACT Cancels Friday's Watch Party In Manchester Due To Recent Terrorist Attack

IMPACT Wrestling has canceled a "Watching Party" in Manchester, England due to the terrorist attack on Monday at an Ariana Grande concert that left 22 dead and more than 50 others injured.

Though it would not feature live wrestling, several IMPACT talents were scheduled to appear this Friday, May 26. In light of the tragedy, they're not fully canceling the event, but rather just having Jeff Jarrett and Jeremy Borash appear for a meet & greet and autographs, but they are canceling the full celebration.

They posted this statement on their UK Twitter:

Due to the horrific terrorist attack yesterday, so close to where Friday's fan event was scheduled, we feel a party is not appropriate. Ticket holders have been emailed. Full refund are being provided and alternative plans made so they can still meet Jeff Jarrett and JB. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Manchester and the whole of the UK.
