Rich Swann is going to be getting his revenge on Eric Young.
During tonight’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Swann cut a passionate promo talking about his desire to get his hands on Young, the current IMPACT World Champion. Swann wanted a match against Young for the upcoming Bound For Glory pay-per-view on October 24, but was initially rejected by Scott D’Amore.
After Young made an appearance in the segment, D’Amore ultimately relented, giving Swann the title match at Bound For Glory. This will be the second time Swann and Young would be in a match this year on IMPACT as the two faced off at Slammiversary earlier this year as part of a five-way elimination match to crown a new IMPACT World Champion.
Although neither was successful in winning the match at Slammiversary, Swann did pin and eliminate Young from the match.
