Tuesday's episode of IMPACT Wrestling had to be re-edited due to allegations against Joey Ryan and his release from the company.
Ryan was originally scheduled to team with his #CancelCulture teammates Rob Van Dam and Jake Crist to take on Crazzy Steve and two mystery partners (Dez & Wentz of The Rascalz). However, that match has been taken off Tuesday's episode and replaced with Deonna Purrazzo against Alisha Edwards.
Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports the production staff spent most of the day "ripping apart and reassembling" Tuesday's episode.
On Monday night, IMPACT terminated the contracts of Ryan and Dave Crist following allegations of sexual abuse and assault. The company also suspended Michael Elgin amid allegations of sexual misconduct.
It is unknown how they will handle the Elgin situation on television as he is set to be part of the main event of IMPACT Slammiversary when he competes in a five-way bout for the IMPACT World Title.
IMPACT filmed upcoming episodes weeks ago at Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.
