Impact Wrestling Announces New PPV, Date, Logo, More

The new Impact Wrestling regime seems poised to appear on pay-per-view more often, as they already have one scheduled for April.

Just weeks after WrestleMania 34, Impact Wrestling will run their own PPV event, a far cry from the typical 1-2 per year that they'd been promoting in recent years. At the Sunday night set of tapings, the logo for "Redemption" was revealed, along with the date of Sunday, April 22.

Jacob Cohen posted a photo of the show's logo on his Twitter account during the tapings.

Thus far, Impact only has two matches announced for the show. Alberto El Patron will take on new Impact World Champion Austin Aries for the title at the show, and Petey Williams will cash in his X-Division championship contract Feast or Fired briefcase against Matt Sydal.

Fightful.com will have full, live coverage of Impact Wrestling Redemption, Sunday, April 22.
