Love conquers all.
Anyone hoping to see someone pop out of a cake or someone tossed into a cake or a cake being dropped on someone's head was severely disappointed with the wedding between Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis on the September 14 episode of NXT.
Instead, the two love birds were married. No interruptions, some threats of murder and a choked out minister who was replaced by Beth Phoenix, sure, but nothing was going to prevent the love of InDex from prevailing on Tuesday night.
Both parties said "I Do," had their first kiss as a married couple, and will now live happily ever after. No more sneaking into the bedroom for Dexter as Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae are sleeping, he and his new bride are off to start their picture perfect life together.

The romance between Lumis and Hartwell began to take shape at the beginning of the year when Lumis and Gargano first began their feud. Despite Gargano winning the Love Her Or Lose Her match on August 3, Hartwell went against the stipulation and chose Lumis over her "family." Hartwell proposed to Lumis on the August 17 episode of NXT.
