Injury Update On Former Women's Champion, WrestleMania Status

A former WWE Smackdown Women's Champion appears ready for WrestleMania in just a couple of weeks.

WWE Superstar Naomi has been sidelined for several weeks, which actually forced her to relinquish the Smackdown Women's Championship last month. According to her father on Twitter, Naomi will be healed up from her ACL sprain and will be at WrestleMania in her home town of Orlando.

Smackdown Commissioner Daniel Bryan announced several weeks ago that current champion Alexa Bliss would defend her title against "every available woman on the Smackdown roster," leaving the opening for Naomi to appear in the match.

WrestleMania takes place on April 2 from Orlando, Florida. Fightful will have full, live coverage of the event and a post-show podcast to follow.
