Intercontinental Title Match Set For WWE No Mercy

An already loaded WWE No Mercy 2017 show gained an Intercontinental Championship match on this week's episode of WWE Raw.

After an in-ring confrontation between WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz and WWE Raw General Manager Kurt Angle, it was announced that Miz would face the winner of a fatal-four way match later in the evening at No Mercy to defend his title. At the urging of Jason Jordan, Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel of the Miztourage were both entered into the match.

Jordan would go on to emerge victorious in the match, pinning Axel. Bo Dallas, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy and Elias were all also involved in the match.

Jordan catches Axel with a spear in the corner followed by a pair of northern lights suplexes for a near fall, The Miz interferes and he throws Jordan into the barricade. The Miz follows that up by throwing Jordan into the crowd, Matt hits Dallas with a Twist Of Fate for a near fall. Elias catches Matt with Drift Away for a near fall, Jeff hits the ring and he nails Elias with a double leg drop. Jeff then drops Axel before going to the top rope, Jeff nails Axel with a swanton bomb for a near fall. The Miz attacks Jeff and that allows Axel to nail him with an ace crusher, Jordan catches Axel with his finisher for the three count.

Winner: Jason Jordan
