Two champions agree to title-for-title contest in the future.
During night 2 of NJPW Wrestle Grand Slam. Following El Desperado once again capturing the IWGP Jr. Tag Team Championship with Yoshinobu Kanemaru and Robbie Eagles keeping Hiromu Takahashi at bay, both of these Junior Heavyweight Champions came face-to-face as El Desperado challenged Eagles for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship. El Desperado admits he's lost to Eagles in the past but won't let Robbie Eagles forget about him, saying he wants a rematch
As an added bonus, El Desperado agreed to put his newly-won Tag Team Championship at stake. Eagles would accept the stipulation and state that he would show Desperado the same thing he had shown Takahashi that evening.
