Iyo Sky Comments On Her Success In WWE: ‘I Am Always Ready To Wrestle’
Iyo Sky speaks on her success in wrestling.
The 2018 Mae Young Classic tournament saw Iyo Sky wrestle in WWE NXT for the first time. In the past few years, she’s made a name for herself in the women’s division and has become one of its biggest stars.
Speaking with Denise Salcedo for a new interview, Iyo Sky was asked what she would credit her success to. Sky named her work ethic as a major reason why she became the Women’s Champion in WWE.
“I [am] always ready to wrestle. If I have day off, I go to gym. I do kickboxing, jujutsu, and not only do flipping move[s].
I [am] always practicing so many things like martial arts. I don’t use [them] in ring, but it’s good for my conditioning, so that [has] so much helped me. That’s why I [became] the champion.”
