Jack Cartwheel Says Doesn’t Need Surgery For Elbow Injury, Won’t Be Out For Six Months

Jack Cartwheel provides an update on his elbow injury.

Cartwheel hasn’t wrestled since April 2026, when he suffered the injury during a match with Galeno Del Mal at The Wrld On Lucha in Las Vegas.

Speaking with Pep Shop Collectibles for a new interview, Cartwheel provided an update on his status and revealed that he won’t need surgery.

“It’s been better than I thought it would be. If I showed you the X-Rays — which at some point I’ll release the X-Rays. My forearm was just now where it’s supposed to be. It should be here but my forearm was all the way over here. The X-Rays look insane, so you’d think that I’d be out for six months, eight months, something like that. But, I’ve been very lucky to not need surgery on the dislocated elbow. I have some tendons torn, I have some ligaments torn, but the great news is that I don’t need surgery. I don’t know exactly when I’m coming back yet, but I know I’m not going to be out for six months. I know it’s going to be less than that.“

At the tail end of May, Cartwheel revealed that he’s on a full-time AAA contract. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
