Jacob Fatu Interrupts Roman Reigns, Issues Challenge For Match At WWE Backlash
Jacob Fatu is coming for Roman Reigns.
Roman Reigns being on a show typically means that he’s going to be a part of the main event segment. This week’s episode of Raw was no different, as the ‘OTC’ hit the ring to close out the show. He was joined by both Jimmy and Jey Uso.
After getting his usual acknowledgment shtick out of the way, Reigns said that he wants to talk about family business. After admitting that he misses having full trust and respect from The Usos, Reigns joked about a “washed rapper” running his mouth to Jey Uso.
Reigns proceeded to ask The Usos to be his blood and stand with him once again. Jimmy Uso responded with confidence, saying that Reigns will always be the ‘OTC’ for him and his brother. After posing for the crowd as a trio, Reigns and The Usos were interrupted by Jacob Fatu.
Fatu quickly made it known that he wasn’t there to acknowledge Roman Reigns. Instead, the ‘Samoan Werewolf’ noted that he needs everything that Reigns has — his title, his shoe deal, his private jets, his rolex, a bigger house, and better cars. Fatu proceeded to challenge his first cousin to a match at Backlash.
After questioning if he can handle the burden of being a world champion, Reigns disrespected Fatu and questioned his challenge. To cap off the promo, Reigns set up a segment for next week’s episode of Raw by noting that he’s going to give Fatu a week to think about things.
