Jacob Fatu Returns On WWE SmackDown

Jacob Fatu made his return to television on WWE SmackDown.

Fatu got involved in the main event Three Stages of Hell match between Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes. In the third stage, a steel cage match, McIntyre was looking to escape through the cage door when he was stopped by a hooded figure.

The man revealed himself to be Fatu, who was attacked backstage on the October 17th episode of WWE SmackDown.

Fatu kept McIntyre in the cage and entered himself. Cody got involved, pulling Fatu off of McIntyre. Fatu then went after Cody. As the two were brawling, McIntyre left through the cage door and won the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Jacob Fatu was scheduled to face McIntyre in a number one contender’s bout for the Undisputed WWE Championship in the main event of SmackDown in October. He was found laid out backstage, but it was never revealed who attacked him.
