On the June 23rd edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, the finals of the Queen of The Ring tournament were decided, as Jade Cargill would knock off Roxanne Perez to earn her spot against Asuka in the finals.
While speaking on the latest episode of the RAW Recap, Jade was asked about her upcoming Queen of The Ring finals bout with Asuka.
“Again, I’m not nervous, and I think that more so than anything, when people ask me, they talk about pressure and they talk about nerves. I’m like, no, don’t bring that to me. Don’t, don’t put that on me because I’m fine. I got this. I can breathe. I got this. Asuka is phenomenal. She’s a veteran. She can go. She’s had WrestleMania matches upon WrestleMania matches. She’s one of the best female wrestlers in our locker room. She’s proved herself. I’m thankful to even be in the ring with her and show people what I’m about to go out there and do. So I’m going to go out there and deliver. I’m going to put on a hell of a match with Asuka and I’m going to come out on top.”
Elsewhere in the same interview, Jade spoke about having to ‘trust the process’. You can read more about that here.
