Jade Cargill: I’m Here To Elevate The WWE Women’s Title
Jade Cargill became the new WWE Women’s Champion at Saturday Night’s Main Event, defeating Tiffany Stratton.
Cargill showed off the title during an appearance on the Rob Brown Show, Cargill showed off the title, and Brown noted that past champions who had come in studio carried their title in a backpack.
“I’m just starting, but I’ve always had ‘Champ’ written across my forehead and body. That’s what I am. That’s what I do. It feels astonishing. I’m here to raise the stakes. I’m here to elevate this title. That’s what I plan to do. That’s what I’m going to do. I don’t want to carry my baby in a backpack. I don’t want her suffocating. This is my child. This is legacy. This is going to do nothing but elevate the women’s division and the women’s locker room. I’m not hiding her. Why would I do that?” wondered Cargill.
Cargill is set to make her first appearance as WWE Women’s Champion on Friday’s SmackDown.
